Hotel Reservations
To book discounted hotel rooms, please first register for a badge to ICAST.
Once you have been approved you can access your badge and book housing by clicking the same link, selecting “Access My Registration” and logging in with your credentials from your approval email.
EventSphere is the only official housing provider of ICAST. ICAST does not endorse booking hotel reservations through any source other than EventSphere, our official housing partner. Other third-party companies may contact you in an effort to get you to book through them. Often, they will misrepresent themselves as the official housing provider. Should you book a room through any other company, we will not be able to protect you from a non-refundable deposit or lack of reservation completely. If you are contacted by someone other than EventSphere, please let us know by emailing icasthousing@eventsphere.com.
A few tips to ensure you don’t fall for housing schemes:
- Read the fine print: fraudulent companies may present themselves as official partners initially, then disclaim elsewhere that they are not associated with ICAST.
- Any housing emails directly from EventSphere will end in @eventsphere.com.
- To ensure validity of any messages received, book your room by clicking the link in your registration confirmation.
Shuttle Information
Complimentary shuttle service is provided between the Orange County Convention Center South Concourse. The exception are the hotels within walking distance – Hilton Orlando, Hyatt Regency Orlando, and Rosen Centre Hotel.
